I'll never forget something my first news director (John Butler at WSYR AM570 in Syracuse, New York) told me the first week I was on the job.

Butler said, "There's something interesting about everyone - it's a reporter's job to try and find it!"

That's another goal of this blog, to find interesting things to write, share and discuss with you about various topics including:

• Faith

In no particular order, the four elements general touch all the bases of everything that I've found worth discussing in this life - mainly because they're four common aspects of existence that touch virtually all of us.
